1. How much you space required?
We don't have any specific criteria set for the same, its better if you have office least
having one big room or 2 small rooms.

2. How many Computers or other infrastructure you want?
Atleast we need minimum 4-5 pc's initially, you can have choice of taking on rent or
second hand purchase.

3. How many staff person required? what will be their salary?
As currently we have trainings conducting in Testing, Initially we need to have 1 Full time
faculty & 1 Counselor. Depends on the performance & Students satisfaction we will be
setting up salary.

4. How and what way I get the students?
We will providing the design of advertisements, that can be advertised in News paper &
Banners.

5. What’s your franchisee fee?
Franchise fee is as mentioned in the website INR 100000 [Need to pay within 2 months if
Business works fine].

6. How will I get my invested money in 6 months?
As we are expert in the Testing trainings, As well as we are in process of introducing
Embedded Systems & VLSI, Engineering [CAD/CAM, Pro-E etc.]. Definitely you will have ROI
within 6 months. Also you we will be sharing some amount if any other franchise from your
area wants open business from your side. Once if 3-4 branches are established in your area,
you will get bonus & as well managing those establishments.

7. How many days once you will visit this branch?
Initial 6 months we will be frequently visiting the branches. It will be with intimation &
without intimation.

8. First 3-4 months I don’t want faculty for full time, once trainees increase then I will take for full time.
it's you choice for full time or commission basis. For Testing training we need one faculty
initially.

9. Apart from you mentioned for, what other purposes I have to spend the amount?
You will be spending amount only on Advertisements & Faculty salary.

10. After training starts, is any amount I have to pay to you? or monthly I have to pay you?. or
any share profit I have to pay you?
Yes, initially you need to pay 10% till 6 months, next 5% we will be increasing the same
[i.e. 15%].

11. Tell me what are all the benefits or support you will provide me, once If I start the centre.
